What we do
Public and Political Service is one of the cornerstones of our organization. By reaching out and serving our communities we make small and large strides towards making an impact. The service we do not only enhances our communities but also teaches us great lessons about humility, grace and honor. Service is performed at various levels of the organization: at the chapter level, at the National level and at the alumni level. There are endless ways to contribute to your communities. Here you will find some of the ways we have served in the past and our sights for the future.
Lambda Psi Delta has chosen Multiple Sclerosis as our National Philanthropy. We focus our National fundraising, service and awareness to help the National MS Society. Recently, we held the first-ever MS Benefit dinner in Hoboken, NJ. The event raised over $1,000 for the NJ Metro chapter and also brought guest speakers to raise awareness. If you would like to find out more about MS please visit the National MS Society’s website at http://www.nationalmssociety.org.

“Sisterhood is resilient; it is an untainted reminder of life’s most pure form of love, which is shared amongst women. It is born between a mother and daughter, nurtured between a grandmother and granddaughter, cultivated between girlfriends, and celebrated amongst sisters. Sisterhood revokes the dire and evokes the hope and conviction in ourselves. Then what I ask is . . .what is life without sisters? “
